An established and highly regarded real estate investment group is seeking to appoint an Investment Manager to support its strategic growth initiatives across both local and offshore markets.
This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially astute finance professional with strong experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investment analysis, looking to work closely with senior leadership on complex, high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a central role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities, including:
- Assessing and executing local and offshore M&A transactions
- Supporting capital raising initiatives across multiple investment platforms
- Building and critically reviewing complex financial models and valuations
- Preparing investment memoranda, board packs, and investor presentations
- Conducting detailed market, sector, and thematic research
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors including investment banks, legal teams, and funders
- Supporting transaction execution from origination through to close
Requirements
- BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong experience in corporate finance, M&A, or investment analysis
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proven ability to work on complex transactions and engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
