An established and highly regarded financial services business is seeking a seasoned Human Capital Business Partner to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across:
- People & culture strategy, including driving engagement and organisational effectiveness
- Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Workforce planning and people analytics to inform business decisions
- Employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices
- End-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
You will also play a key role in shaping culture, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to broader HC projects such as EVP and workforce transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner / Human Capital role
- Strong exposure to culture, talent management, and organisational development
- Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of labour legislation and HR governance
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at leadership level
- Analytical mindset with a commercially driven approach
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
