HR Business Partner

An established and highly regarded financial services business is seeking a seasoned Human Capital Business Partner to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across:

• People & culture strategy, including driving engagement and organisational effectiveness
• Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Workforce planning and people analytics to inform business decisions
• Employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices
• End-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle

You will also play a key role in shaping culture, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to broader HC projects such as EVP and workforce transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner / Human Capital role
• Strong exposure to culture, talent management, and organisational development
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous
• Solid knowledge of labour legislation and HR governance
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at leadership level
• Analytical mindset with a commercially driven approach
• High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
