Technical Support Engineer – CPT

Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Support Engineer to join their innovative IT team.

As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth running of their network and server systems, while maintaining top-notch security measures. Your expertise in providing support to the help desk team will be vital in resolving complex desktop issues related to applications or operating systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Familiarity with MS Azure Administration, Intune and System Centre Configuration Management (SCCM).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2016.
  • Oracle Linux and Networking equipment (e.g. HP Aruba) experience would be advantageous.
