Talent Acquisition Manager – CPT

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary objective will be to find and retain exceptional talent for our organisation. You will play a pivotal role in discovering talent, building a strong employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with both candidates and employees. In addition, you will be responsible for developing effective talent acquisition strategies, creating hiring plans, and forecasting staffing needs.


  • Identify and engage experienced professionals, map competitor organisations, and target key individuals to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Source graduates through job boards, graduate recruitment channels, and university partnerships, as well as by cultivating relationships with universities and attending graduate fairs.
  • Serve as the face of our business, cultivating our reputation in the market by establishing strong relationships with leading recruitment consultants.
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition and providing necessary training.
  • Deliver a significant portion of the induction training schedule for junior recruits and collaborate with directors to coordinate training initiatives at all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and directors to develop a leading employer brand in the recruitment sector.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance our employer brand.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns that promote our organisation as an employer of choice.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills to identify and attract top talent.
  • Ability to negotiate and appoint staff effectively, showcasing strong influencing abilities.
  • Excellent coaching skills to support the development of new hires.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and leveraging them to enhance employer branding.
  • Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience and building strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
