Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
  3. Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for each position.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the talent acquisition function.
  8. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers, negotiating terms and conditions when necessary.
  9. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities and proactively engage with passive candidates.
  10. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  3. Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  4. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  5. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  8. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing offers.
  9. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for talent acquisition and driving organisational growth.
