Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for each position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the talent acquisition function.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers, negotiating terms and conditions when necessary.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities and proactively engage with passive candidates.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing offers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for talent acquisition and driving organisational growth.
