Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in retirement fund management or financial planning. They need a strong understanding of retirement fund regulations and industry best practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. The role requires the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively. A professional certification in financial planning or retirement management is preferred.
