Head of HR

We’re looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead a dynamic, evolving HR function at a well-established South African group. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate HR, drive talent strategy, and work closely with senior leadership while mentoring a team of capable HR Business Partners.

You’ll have the chance to lead change, modernise processes, and implement automation, all while demonstrating the strategic value of HR in a growing and transformative environment. The ideal candidate is a robust, strategic, and credible leader who can balance operational delivery with long-term people strategy, and confidently influence stakeholders across the business.

Experience:

8–10 years’ experience in HR, with a strong generalist background and at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
